My Environment is
-Baan C4
-Location & Lot control implemented

1. When I Report Ops Complete I get Outbound Shortages, I would like to know if what I am doing is correct: -Maintain Outbound Data (for items with shortages)
Print Outbound Data
Realease Otbound data

2. When I try to close some production Orders, I get the message "Not all materials have been issued". How do I solve this in a Location/Lot enviroment?

3. Do I have to maintain the hours of accounting in a Lot/Location enviroment in order to get the esitmated and actual hours? How do i post the hours in this particular environment?

1. There is no need to print the outbound data only Maintain and release.
2. Change subseq. delivery to 0 or update the stock levels/wh and issue total qty.
3. You could backflush in Loc/Lot environment but est and actual will be the same. If accurate actual is needed you have to do manual Hrs accounting. Specify bflush on item level and on the routing.
