In BaaN IV c4 i was using tppdm0110m000 to create new items. what is the session code for LN 6.1 FP5

please advice.

It is tcibd0501m000 for standard items in ERP Ln
& tppdm0505m000 for projected item in ERP Ln

The item record must always first be created in tcibd0501m000. Secondly the Project related attributes can be added in tppdm0505m000.

I try to create the project related items and same wants try to assign in purchase order lines ,while defining the items (xxxx) it gives message as "change the value of the item field reasson:note:no ordering data defined"

how to resolve. please advice

You need to maintain Item ordering data in Item master data (tcibd0501m000).Only then you can maintain Purchase Order line for that Item.
Kindly check Item Costing ,warehousing & purchasing attributes have also been maintained there.

costing attributes is not on, checked in entities. how to activate and define.

Maintain Item Ordering data, Purchase data & warehousing data. Then maintain Costing data . Save the data & hit button Calculate . Costing will get calculated.
Note - If during calculate Message like "Economic stock already present"
Then use session ticpr2210m000 to calculate the cost. Use calculation code from ticpr0100m000 & select Actulazise std cost & valuation prices.

project data,warehouse data,order data,puchase data already defined. costing data and production data is not able to click.

i executed the ticpr2210m000 session after that i try to created PO lines for that item. message displays "cost price structure of item not found"

It seems some parameter set up problems


please advice.

Maintain Production parameters & cost price parameters in Manufacturing Parametres & then try.

checked in ticpr0100m000 it is defined as 06/03/09 actual set std ; work center rate; tick in zero component Cost Price; tick in calculate and actualize from item and 99 year.

production parameter session is what ????

is there any other options.

You must be using Item type - List Item (Check Item data from form-1 tcibd0101m000). Hence Costing Data & Production data is not available.
Now you need to check components under this List item in session tcibd3100m000.
Maintain Costing data for those components in Item data.

Then maintain Purchase Order of list item. Hope this works !
