I have problem with purchase text ini session item data, I use BaanIVc4.
this problem happen cause I have copy item data but I don't why two item data have same number in purchase text.
I know this problem when I edit Purchase Text in item data (copy from another item data) have impact to another item data (source item data that I have copy it).
how to solve this and how to delete purchase text in copy item data.

say NO when question "Copy item text too ?" appears.
Then textnumber is set to zero.

in our system BaanIVc4 there is no option for copy item text.

A bit late but anyways....In Baan4c4, when you click on copy option in item master (for an item with any text), the very first message that would greet you before the session tiitm0202s000 comes up is "Do you want to copy item text?". This is where you should click on "No" if you dont want the same text. Furthermore, if you want to delete an existing text, all you have to do is to open the text in Text Editor and then select "Disconnect..." from file menu followed by clicking on the key "Y" on your keyboard and pressing enter.
