Anybody has use yield?

Our client request
eg:
FG1 = 1pcs consist of RM1=1kg and production rate = 1 pcs/hour

they want if the production order qty is 100 pcs, then:
the estimated hours for production order = (100+ (25 % x 100)) x 1 h = 125 hour
the estimated material for production order = (100+ (25 % x 100)) x 1 kg = 125 kg

In report order complete session, they still can repor more than 100 pcs.

When i use yield = 125%.
For production order qty = 100 pcs
the estimated hours = 80 h
the estimated mat = 80 kg

Any suggestion for this?

Additional information.
I have try to use yield = 80%
For production order qty = 100 pcs
the estimated hours = 80 h
the estimated mat = 80 kg

but when i report order complete for 20 pcs,
the rejected quantity automatic updated with quantity 5 pcs.

We dont want this happen, since the 80% yield is only the estimated value.
We still need to inspect whole qty completed before we reject it.
