My customer has reported performance issue on session cprpd4200m000(initialize, roll and update scenario). This session is running for more than 5hours. cprpd100 table has 40lakh records. i have no idea in Ent Planning.
1.The customer has asked to improve performance? any suggetions on this?
2.Customer asksed can we skip the plan articles whoes project are closed in initialize scenario? any ideas on this? can we do this?

Did you check the Infor365 online support site?.
Several solutuions are available for session cprpd4200m000 regarding performance problems.

Actually customer first logged the issue to infor365 only. But later dont know whey he asked the us (the customization team) to check for alternative solutions. So i we are looking for possible solutions.
