we are using PCS Module (BaaN c4).

For some reason our client has postpond the project which is in active status.
In such a situation (postponment/hold of project) is there any possibility to block any transaction on a concerned project ?

What you can do is change the status of the project from "Active" to "Simulated". This will disable any transactions against this project.
