I dont think Baan will be able to generate a single purchase order bundling operations from different production orders; that is my understanding;

If there is an option to bundle, anyone pls post as it would be most welcome. thanks

Hi,

It is possible to generate one P.O. against two production order for the same Sub-contractor. The standard functionality is available on LN6.1 FP3, but I'm not sure whether this is available on BaaN 5 or not.

When you generated the Subcontract Purchase Order Using the Session if you have a range of Production Orders for the same Subcontracter I think it might give you one purchae order for Multiple Production Orders. Something that you can test and let everyone know the results.

Hi Yshokeen,

Goto Subcontracting Purchase Order(tisfc2250m000) session,give the subcontractor and the range of the Production Order.Now generate the p.o.
It will give you one purchese order for that one subcontractor against diffrent Production Orders.The manufactured items may be diffrent.:)

Dear Sibaji ...what about the operation range in the session(tisfc2250m000) you gave...
there may be different operations need to be give subcontracting under different production orders for different manufacturing items.
