I m facing a regular message while maintaining the new item code "Valuation method not defined. Defined method for warehouse/item P01/XYZ in warehouse-item"

Is this can be defined for item group to shortcome this message everytime:confused:.

Item Valuation Method

After The Item Code Creation,Go to the warehouse-item “Whwmd2510m000. Maintain the Item Valuation Method. Where it is “FTP, MAUC, FIFO, and LIFO”.After that u can use the item code any transaction.

Try these session...

whina1101m000 - Item Valuation Group
whina1102m000 - W/H Valuation Group
whina1100m000 - Inventory Valuation Method

Firstly you have to link W/H Valuation Group with the W/H (whwmd2500m000) & in Inventory Valuation Method session you can define a default Valution for a perticulaer W/H Valuation Group.

May b this will resolve your problem...
