If you tick only Qm recommends in Quality combination then you can accept qty completed as per your decision not on inspection result.
If you untick it then recommend qty( accepted, rejected) will show in qty completed & qty rejected as per inspection result.

Hope this will solve your problem.

First maintain quality combination for your item with tick in qm only recommends.
create prd. order.
it will create inspection order(routing TI)
Process a lot of 100 pcs recommended quantity is 50 pcs ok & 50 pcs as rej
Complete & Process your ins. order dont close it.
Then go to report operation completed session during entering qty in completed field system will pop message quality mgt recommend 50 approved & 50 rejected.
now you can enter as per this result or overwrite whatever the result is.

without tick in qm only recommends
as per quality result report operation completed field will take result approved by quality mgt.

Dear s_amrutkar7
I hav used "block after completion of operation " .So for that first i hav to do Report Operation Complete of complete 100 pcs then only i can fill inspection results. ( Otherwise max. LOT size to inspect remains zero.)

HI,

U can try "Block on operation"....By using this option you can't do ROC of the Operation. Firstly you have to send the material to (by selecting the option TO INSPECTION) inspection. And after the completion of Inspection u can do the ROC (Recomended or Not Recomended) accrdingly.

Dear Nishant ,
If i do as per your recommendation , the max, size remains 0. ( Ii means it is not allowing me to enter any test quantity if sample size is 0)

Hi Dear,

You have to set the Sample size is set in the "Quality ID Easy Entry - Test Group (qmptc0110m100)". There you can Single Sampling, Continuous Sampling or 100% Sample & you can also set the Sample Size & frequency over there according to the selected test type.
