We provide selling costs by running tipcs3461m000 "Print Estimated Cost Price by Project". These figures are determined by the Customized BOM?

If the estimated materials are changed why doesn't the Customized BOM change as well?

hi,
In which session are you changing the Estimated Materials?
Maintain Customized BOM {tipcs2150m000}
or
Maintain Estimated Materials {tisfc0110m000}?

Changing in Maintain Estimated Materials {tisfc0110m000} but I guess we need to change both.

Thats one way of changing, manually update both the places.
The other way is to first change in Maintain Customized BOM {tipcs2150m000} session and (if your production order is still in planned stage) run Replan Production {tisfc1203m000} to cascade the change to the Estimated Materials session {tisfc0110m000}..

BOM enables users to manage, manipulate, track and collaborate on product structures and Bills of Material (BOM) throughout the product lifecycle and across the extended enterprise and the supply chain - from an Item and Bills of Material (BOM)-centric approach, thus eliminating Item redundancy, minimizing errors, and expediting processes.

You can update the estimated materials in open production orders using a customisation even if materials are already issued. This customisation (without development tools) will copy the BOM to the selected production order(s). Send an e-mail for more info...
