I'm trying to set up MPS in a Baan IV environment. When I try to maintain the site plan (timps1120m000) I get the message "You have no access to Site 100". There is no indication at all of the source of this message or in what table this entry is made. If you know where this entry is maintained, I'd appreciate the help.

Plan site as you know is used for multisite planning. For this you may need to share company table. Then only you can maintaing Plan sites.
