Hi,

I am not getting Actual Operation cost while getting Actual Material Cost after SFC activity.
Are any step missing or there any parameter problem ?

After ROP run a session for tisfc0220m000 backfulsh materials & hours

Hi,
If you don't do either Hours Accounting or Backflush hours you won't get actual operation cost. Check it once whether u have done that or not.

Plz chk ur sfc parameter in costing tab u select actual cost?
If not then tick that....
Hope ur problem is resolved.

When u are using actual costing it is somewhat tricky.
It is mandatory to backflush all materials & hours before you execute " Report order complete"
so recommended procedure as follows:
1. set the backflushing Automatic.
2. Complete the last operation in "report operations completed"
3. Pop up message will come " Backflush materials & Hours". Ans to it " yes" always.
4.Report the order qty completed.
note: it is mandatory to issue all the materials befor executing " Report prodcution order complete"

try these steps & revert back

There is 2-3 Steps Calculate Actual Operation Cost

1. Go the People Parm.and Give the Period Table Code.(Weekly)
2. Make Backflush Employ.
3. While we Make A Work center There is a field Backflush Employ. Give the A Backflush Employ.
4. If you Want u Calculate Actual Operation Cost Auto. Tic the Backflush Hours. In Item Production Data (Methods). While we use the Backflush Hours Auto. System Will Consider Estimated Man & Machine Hours.
5. If you want to Calculate Actual Hours. Don’t Tic The Backflush. And Go to The “bptmm1120m000” fill the Actual Hours. And Calculate.




I think ur issue is Solve…….
