Dear all,
we have two routing in maintain routing by item code, routing 001 and 002. while running MPS Engine it capture only 001 routing where 001 routing is expired for the some item. Can any one suggest on this senario.

Hi,
As a last resort, you could try the following.
In the Maintain Item Data session for the item in question, go to Form 5 and then change the value of field [Order Qty Dep. Rout.] to "Yes". Next in the session Maintain Routing Codes by Item change the value in the field [Up to Order Quantity], for Routing Code 001, to 1 and for 002 keep it at 99999999...

The "effect" this change will bring about will be in the way in which the system picks up the default routing code of an item (that has been changed in the manner above) at the time of production order generation... I am not sure about the report(s), if any, that might get affected due to this...
