Dear All

When i carry out warehouse inspections for manufactured item and reject some qty, an adjustment order is created by system automatically and inspection line vanished.

Does any onle know what parameters i need to change so that adjustment orders dont execute and inventoris should be transfered to rejected inventories:mad:

Rejection handling in BAAN is big problem....
Understand once you reject an in process MFG item It is treated as a scrap....
Bit hard to digest but there is nothing like rejected inventory of mfg items and u issue them for rework order...
so current procedure is only option available....
where we can accept a item after small rework we shd not reject it, only scrap items shd be rejected....
rework cost can be captured by adding a task or issuing extra material against same production order...
