Data shown on screen in report operation module :
Qty planned output : 56896
Cummulative Completed : 0

Question
why when my user input additional completed with qty 56896.0000, the qty display in cummulative completed is 47571.9064 (not 56896.0000).

Please help me to explain to my users.

check routing qty of your sub assy item..
your set up is like... "you need to produce 1.2 qty of the child item (assy) in order to complete 1.0 parent item (assy)"
it should be 1:1

Hi:
You need to check the yeild for the operation you are completing. The current yield is 83.612%. It has has to be 100% (Session - Production Planning 'tisfc011000', tab - 'Quantity' field - 'Yield')
This should solve your peoblem
