do anyone know where can i input a factor (other than scrap factor) to be calculated into the planned purchase order.

The formula should be: net qty * (1+scrap factor) * (1+purchase factor)

thanks, i 've tried the yeild in routing opertion tirou1502m000, it increases the order qty of the parent item but i just want to increase the planning qty in material level only.

you write a customization, which could increase the planned purchase order quantities by the factor you want.
