i am trying to implement QMS on purchase & warehousing . i hav completed upto qaulity id & quality combinations. can anybody help me how to link it with purchase order ?(i need automaticallly raise of inspection order while generation of purchase order )


(by the way i probably think it should be standard order by origin)

To get standared inspection order automatically, please do the following.

1) In Item Master data make inspection "YES" for the Item.
2) In supplier code check the inspection field.
3) Validate the Quality ID at quality combination (Origin should be purchase).

And make sure that the parameters for inspections on purchase and warehouses are correctly filled.

First of all plz make sure in the Quality management parameter purchase is chk or not
then
chk ur quality combination is valid or not for that item after that
plz chk the the inspection radio bok in item master
and at the time of purchase order creation plz chk the inspection box
after that general procedure of purchase reciept done, after reciept confirmation
the order automatically comes in standard inspection module under purchase header
and ur problem is resolved
