this error usually happens when there are some changes in the "routing set-up " of mfd items (sub assy) after generating order planning, that means, you're "planned orders" for transfer is superseded..
do try two things
1. delete the affcted (FG) item from the planned orders and re-do generation of order plan. and then, try to transfer again... if does not work, try #2
2. check if all sub assemblies (mfd item) of the affected FG item have "item-planning" data. then if found one, maintain item-planning data and do-step# 1

firstly, even if your generic item in the BOM is a "phantom" item, you should also maintain "item-planning" data (if you have not).
also, check the planned-order line of the BOM to be transferred (cprrp1110s000), the Item-Routing field should have value in it , also check the "start of fixed lead-time horizon" form the "Horizon form" in the Item-planning session cprpd1100m000, it should be "99999"

The above iformation is the only solution I have found. You must make the Item planning data and the routing data match, otherwise, no planning will occur. Check that the routing of the generis item and the item planning data for that item are the same. If not, delete the item planning data and recreate it.
