Hi Robby,
Did you check the tables mrp010 (Planned Inventory Movements by Item) and mrp022 (Planned MPS/MRP Production Batches) for presence of the item and order in question?

So in your case there is a record in table mrp010 but not in mrp022, am i right?
In this case take a backup of table mrp010 and then delete this record thats missing in mrp022.
I am not aware of any correction programs for fixing this but you may try session Rebuild Planned Inventory Transaction {tdcor0250m000} with the "Update Mode" set to "No" so that you can see if there is any relevant change. This session gives you a choice to enter for which item you want to run the rebuild process...

yes, you're right.
Sukesh, I feel afraid for backup table cause I don't have permission for do that and also.
and I don't know impact if I run session tdcor0250m000, can you tell me.

thanks

In the session Rebuild Planned Inventory Transaction {tdcor0250m000}, there is a field (somewhere in middle of Form1) by the name "Update Mode". If this field is set to "No" then it will only give you a report showing the tables with incorrect values and what their new values will be once they are fixed. This is the reason why i recommended you to use this session with the "Update Mode" set to "No". As long as you run this session with [Update Mode] set to "No", you dont have to worry about affecting any tables.

Another thing, do not forget to run only for the ItemCode that you want to fix as it might take some time for this session to give you an output...
