Dear Friends,

I am implementing Just In Time at our company.
As we know that all ERP including BaaN ERP just provide push system in manufacturing system and complemented by MRP in enterprise planning.

We have passed it, and now want to improve with method leveling production schedule (Heijunka) in just in time.

Does anyone know how to generate quantity kanban from baan and set production schedule by using heijunka method?

So far, we customized it by using baan development.
