We have some very old production orders series archived in an archive company and we would like to delete them to re-archive the serie again.
any known procedure?

Dear merian,
I'm afraid that there is no final delete-procedure. The archive session simply overrides the old production orders in the archive company - which basicly leads to the same result.

You could just delete them in the database table?

we don't know the whole table set to delete them. we'll try overriding, but is not exactly the same, the possible existent gaps will stay with the oldest orders.

I recall reading in a baan archiving document that it suggested you make additional archive companies so you can archive the production orders from the first archive into the second and then archive from the live company to the first archive company.
