Hello all!
We are running ERP LN 6.1 FP3
When trying to Tranfer a Production Order to Execution Level (SFC), we get the following Error:
"Incomplete material line retrieved from EP. Please replan planned order."
The Planned Item (FG) BOM has a Phantom Item.
If we uncheck the "Phantom" option from the Item's properties, in the BOM, and generate a new Order Plan, it creates a production plan for both the Phantom Item, and the FG Item. And it allows us to transfer both Orders to the Execution Level.
When I was looking for information regarding the issue I saw solution #224668. We already had this solution installed in our system, and we installed solution #225466 (as instructed in solution #224668).
Does anyone have an idea regarding this issue?
