how to issue component item from WIP to WC if I have stock globally. I know if deselecting <backflushing> in issue method in ticst0101s000, initiate inventory issue(tisfc0207m000) works as a rang of production. However, I have to deselect one by one. Anyone has idea how to do it in a easy way.

You need to make sure that the Inventory to Backflush is in the warehouse call for in the Production Order. If Backflushing is setup correctly when you complete the Operations it should backflush the material for that Operation.
