Can we print out a document for material issue partially ?
eg:
A consist of B=1 pcs and C = 1 pcs
I create 1 production order for A 10 pcs , the production time for 10 pcs is 5 days (1 day = 2 pcs)
Is that possible to have the document for material issue, which can print out the estimated needs of B = 2 pcs and C = 2 pcs in daily?

You might need use backflush the materials as you report opertions completed.

Think this will be easier.
