We are using ERP LN, and are looking for ideas on how to deal with off-all (i.e. Material Drops) that occur in the manufacturing process.

Currently, we have special part numbers that grow in inventory whenever they are created (i.e. 2 foot remainder of a piece of pipe). It was a carry-over from our legacy system, MANMAN.

I would like to hear from anyone who deals with this, to see what you are doing in BAAN or ERP LN to solve this problem.
