They are to register serial numbers of serialized items.
E.g. in timfc0110m000 (As-Built Header) you can maintain the serial numbers of the enditems produced on the SFC order.
Please refer to the help on Serialized Items.
In timfc0111m000 (As-Built Components) you can maintain the serial numbers of the components.
These together form the 'As-Built', which can be transferred to a Service Configuration, so that maintenance can be carried out on it.

On the SFC order you have to maintain the "As-Built".
Later on, if you need to 'service' the item, you can transfer (copy) this As-Built structure to the As-Maintained structure in Service. A similar structure, designed to administer the Service-maintenance on the item.
