Origin "Routing (TI)" has related value tiitm120.rsta = 4 (Processed), which of course excludes it from the query to close the order in tcqms1202m000. The session query only closes active status orders (tiitm120.rsta = 2). What do I need to do to close this order?

I'm not sure that I understand your question. The status flow in QMS is as follows: completed --> processed --> closed. In tcqms1202m000 you COMPLETE the inspection order, resulting in the status 'completed' (only orders in status 'active' will be looked at). Then in session tcqms1204m000 you process the order, resulting in status 'processed' (only orders in status 'completed' will be selected). Then, in session tcqms1205m000 you can close the orders, resulting in status 'closed' (only orders in status 'processed' will be selected).

Please provide further info in case this doesn't clear it up.
