Can someone advise me on this problem.

For a same sfc order, I found that certain user can access to some of the fields (eg completed qty, rejected qty and etc) and other user can't.

Is there a setting in the user level for this ? Please yes, please let me know where I can set this.

Whether this happens for a particular order or for all the orders? If it is for all the orders, then probably due to user authorization. It is possible to authorize sessions to 'display only' either through DEM or through Tools authorization.
