Our situation is:

We work with BaanIVC2 and the Manufacturing Projects (tipcs).

Now we have the problem that when we run the project costing, each time the system run costs for all the project again and not for only the part that we sell.

That problems causes that our accounts have bad data.


Any ideas, must be parameters or may be a system bug?.

Hi,

The cost price is always calculated for the entire project. This is standard functionality.
I'm not sure about BaanIVc, but in BaanV, if you are using standard items in your project, you could "freeze" the cost price from the project parts session.
Also, you could try working with main- and sub-projects and then calculate the cost price for the sub-project only.

Are you referring to the running of session Calculate Cost Price by Project?
If so what cost are you talking about, Estimated or Actual?
