I need some guidelines on how to process repair items starting receiving product to be repaired from the customer. Thank you.

Hi,
Please let us know what SSA BAAN version you have.
Is there some sort of a routing involved in the repair process?
I am also wondering if:
- you ship the repaired items back to the customer
- you send the customer a loaner during the repair process
- repairs are covered by some sort of a warranty or service contract and you need to keep track of the repair costs

Thank you for the input, Edwin. Currently, I do not have any details about the repair service. We plan to apply this process in IVc4.
