how to change item data form 2 for field Outbound Priority & Period for Shelf Life.
but this item data have inventory for on hand, on order, allocated.

Hi,
This has to be thought out. If the flag is not set by Lifo or no shelf life then Baan is not storing the inventory by date. The only way is to change all the current inventory to a particular date. If Lot control is implemented then one needs to record that in Lot table also. It can be done, but just plan out what should be changed.
