On the screen you posted, you specify that the issue of that particular material be controlled manually (ie w/o backflushing). The screen shows that your production operator(s) have requested another 3.757048 tons of that particular material, but the warehousing personnel hasn't fulfilled that request. Ask the warehousing personnel to fulfill that request and it should be OK

Is is possible to stop materail to issue? I have learn before if still the qty have pending "To issue by warehousing", we can't close production. I want to clear value of "To issue by warehousing", no need to fulfill RM. How can I worked on it?

Hi Sarawut,

as per your screen shot, it is OK and if you wanna revert the material all the procedure is same and another activity is.

Uncheck Direct proc. WH order Line than press initiate.

so that you may able to close the production order.
