'cause there are about 16 registration to do is possible in some way let normal insert registration changing his default date for a while ?

Changing the client default date will only result in his computer showing wrong date. Baan registers the date on the server when the entry is made. If you change the server date like backdate it, then you will run into license error i beleive. Been there!!!

The other way is to use gtm and update the relevant tables but in the process risk corrupting the tables..Not advisable...
