Dear friends,
I have problem in getting production order (parent item) that actually must be automatically separated by sysem to diffedrent periode because of work load control.
I have set all parameter of work load control.
let's say the item is A.
cycle time to produce it 1,609 minute / unit.
Work load per day = 15,5 hours = 930 minutes.
It means that for 1 day we dan produce = 930 / 1,609 = 577,999 = 577

When we put sales order on a certain periode with QTY = 3000 units,
It suppose devided to another period.

In fact, I never get it for parent item.

Can anybody help me to solve this case?

Best Regards,

Sigit

Hi Sigit,

I assume the cycle time is 1.609 (a dot, not a comma, which would mean a thousandth in English measurement system) which explains ur capacity of 577 units/day?

If u set-up the system correctly, the system should be able to shift the load either backward or forward depending on your parameter.
Maybe u can list the steps u take when setting up the WLC.
It'll help a lot for other people to understand what u've done and maybe can come up with ideas.
