Looking for the simplest way to conduct a wall to wall physical count of WIP, RAW and Finished Goods and reconcile back into Baan. The Cycle Count Module would proove to cumberson. We are using Baan IV04C4 with the Automotive Extension AGS0.

Current suggestions include reconcilliation being done in Excel or Access and then exchanging in the final figures. We must be able to show original count, final count, and the offsetting variances.

One of the option could be to use Excel upload tool to load the cycle counting data and then process the order in Baan.
