Is there any revisions after the expired revision? Which Baan Version are you using?
Thanks

Hi,
What's the current status of the revision? E-BOM present for revision? Any relationships present with P-item? E-BOM copied?

If I understand you correctly, the current (last) revision is expired.
In order for this to happen, you must have entered a value in the Expiry Date field on form 2 of the Engineering Item Revision session (tiedm1100m000).
Just go to that field and delete the date entered in that field.

I'm in IVc4, not LN, but I'm sure it's the same basic principle. Once you've expired a revision, you can't just reset it. It's linked to an Item and a PBOM, so there are controls in place. At this point, you have to either create a new revision to become active, or you're going to need to use GTM. Again, I'm not sure of the details in LN, but it might be as simple as deleting the expiry date for the revision. Then again, you may have to break all links between the E-Item master and any other item masters, delete any relationships and even then still have to go to the tables. The controls are in place to keep unwanted and unauthorized changes from being made.
If possible, you might want to just create a new revision.

I think you can no longer activate it. as you have said it is blocked or something like the field is grey-out. I dont know if this is a good idea but I suggest that you just re-create the revision once again.
Cheers!

I work on BaanIVc4.
If my item gets expired, I do GTM on that item and removes the expired date.
I know that field is a display field in the maintain session.
