We have a problem with all planned MRP purchase orders.
The planned order date is the same as the planned delivery date.
The Item has
order interval 5 days
order lead time 20 days
Safety Time 3 days.

I don't see anything wrong with the calendar.

The default Baan calendar that was setup up durning installation had ended. There is another calendar besides the default ZZZ calendar.

We had the same problem and I have updated the default calender.

Nevertheless, if MRP uses the calender for "ZZZ", why do we have to maintain the dates in the " " calender at all?

Are there any circumstances when the " " calender automatically gets updated based on the "ZZZ" calender? Differences between Triton, c3 and c4?

Kind regards,
stephen

SESSION OBJECTIVE
To create the default company calendar. This calendar is needed if the
value of the parameter "Company Calendar Type" is "Five Days a Week",
"By Work Center" or "By Company" and if
there is no calendar for the dates to be computed.

HOW TO USE THE SESSION
When you have chosen the "Continue" option, the system will first
delete the existing default calendar and subsequently create the new
calendar. This calendar spans the two dates specified on the form. By
default, 5 years in the past and 12 years in the future. When you try to
determine dates that fall outside the calendar, the system will respond
with the message "Calculated calendar times may be incorrect (Date %D002);
Create default company calendar first".

Does baan4c3 has item-supplier data?

If yes then is the lead time set to 20 days in this session for the item and concerned supplier.

where have you added the new calendar?
