constraints are different than program scripts in that they are saved in the database and checked for syntax when you save. Yes, you're stuck with the "black screen of death". You can minimize your code in constraints by calling functions in libraries which can be edited in notepad or any other editor you choose.

Yes, if your pcf runs in object mode; no, if your pcf runs in interpreter mode.

I've made a session, from which you can start a windows-editor (p.e. notepad, textpad, ultraedit) and edit the constraints.
Closing the editor, the normal syntax check from session tipcf2110m000 is done. If error occures, the editor is started again.

You are interested ? I can send you a complete description of the functionality.

This session is in use over a year without problems.

Hi I'm always interested in such programs.
How did you do this ? With API/AFS or ...?
Any information (script?) you can share is highly appriciated.

Do you have the source code for session script tipcf2110 on your system ?
If not, you have to order them from baan, because I can deliver only the customization, not the standard source, but the customization is based on the standard source.
