IN Ln6.1

For some of the item , Schedule data in USE and scheudule TYPE (in Item Base Data) fields are disabled.

I need to know the reason.

ANY IDEA ??

Checks below apply to FP2.
1. item must be a manufactured or purchased item.
2. purchase schedule is not in use for ti project items.
3. also not for revision controlled items.
4. order system must be planned
5. order method must be lot for lot.
6. if item is already used in purchase contracts, changing the flag is not possible anymore.

Means we cannot use Purchase schedules for Revision Controlled Item .... or I will say EDM and purchase schedules cannot be used together from an Item ??

That's true.
The 'Engineering Item Revision' field is not implemented in purchase / sales schedules
