I have this problem and hope someone can advise.

By setting an item as phantom (either with tipcs021.cpha or tipcs022.cpha), I will move the routing steps (tipcs023) for this item to higher level and will expect the lead time of this item to be zero.

Unfortunately, executing session “Generate Planned PRP Order” failed to update the lead time to zero and the lead time remain as it is.

I understand BaaN does not accept item with zero lead time but for phantom item, I think BaaN should.

At this moment, we need to manually update the lead time to zero.

I am wondering is there a better way for this.

Did you "confirm" the planned order before replanning the order? In that case it will not change.
The logic of Phantom in the MRP/PRP run is that the Phantom will not taken into account but the items linked to the phantom "as long as you have NO inventory for the phantom"
If this is not the case, I think you have a bug here and should contact support.

Hi Janneman ,

I am not sure you mean the planned order for the phantom item or the parent to the phantom item. There will not be any planned order for the phantom item.

In any way, I did not confirm any planned order.

My problem is : the lead time of the phanton item remain as it is after runing session tipcs5201m000. I will expect it to be zero.
