I am trying to implement an MPS.

It says that I first must implement the IRP module.

what is this and where can I set the paramenters?

separate module.....(within manufacturing)

IRP-Module is also calles "Constraint Planning".
I don't know, if it works in BaanIV, but in BaanERP 5.0c and SSA ERP ln 6.1 it is running (but not easy to implement).
Alternativly to IRP you can use APS-Add-Ons like FAST/pro.

We run BaanIVc PROCESS manufactuing and need to implement a MPS.

We are trying to understand what is required in IRP version of MPS but having difficulty. (We are long established baan process and sfc user - 9 yrs).

We have only got the help screens to work with as we have not been able to find and other documentation on infor support site.

Is there any other documention available.
