Using BaaNIV
For Hours accounting we are using Backflushing, but for Material we are using actual consumption for any production order.

For operation cost we have entered as 5.5 and overhead cost as 17.

but when we run calculate cost price for project (tipcs3250m000), we are getting different figure for Estimated and actual overhead expenses and operation cost where as no. od unit for both are same. ( Please see attached file).

when we are backflushing hours, then the estimated and actual should be same as per BaaN logic. but it is not happening.

For Actual Costing, Each Production Order has been calculated on the basis of
Operation code 5.94 and Overhead Expenses 34.00 where as operation cost set as
5.5 and overhead Expenses as 17
No Additional Surcharge or any other charge.
