Hi
I'm running IVc4 Nas0 and using MRP to create Purchase Schedules.
I have a part that because of its volume requires a lot of material. When machined, the finished part weighs about 152 pounds and we produce 7,500/Month.
We are looking for a way for MRP to spread out the total quantity required to meet the planned MPS Orders as far as the quantity is concerned but schedule out deliveries to occur 5 days a week.
Right now, MRP simply lumps the total requirement for each planned MPS order into a single delivery, which just isn't practical.
Any Ideas?
