Is there a way to have a Manufacturerd Item with a BOM structure but not having this Mfg Item standard cost to derived from the BOM roll-up but rather
maybe a fix cost define by me.

I don't know if this is recommended, but we change the item to a purchased item for std cost rolls, then change it back to manufactured.
