Trying to nail down the drivers for the Planned Start Date and Planned Finished date on Planned MPS order. Have determined items routing and number of items drive increases and decrease in the spread between the two dates but the spread does not match the data put in. For instance, an item input for only one unit and having only one machine to go through should have a lead time of 30 minutes but the system is giving me a 4 day difference in the planned start and planned finish date. Any help in identifying the drivers would be greatly appreciated.
