Hi Friends,
Baan Vc
I have a doubt related to calculation of scrap.
I have an item X whose BOM unit is 1000 square meters.
I have item Y - 69.0184 kgs
and item Z - 69.0184 kgs
the above two items are the raw materials in the BOM.
I have a routing for this item in which I have 2 operations A & B.
In operation A I have defined scrap quantity as 1
and for B scrap quantity as 2.
I have not defined MR relations.
When I make a production order, the estimated materials come as 69.2255 for A and 69.2255 for B.
As per the formula, I think it should come as 70.0184 for A and 71.0184 for B. Am I right? or is there some other way for the calculation?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
