I am new to manufacturing and we are working on MRP implementation, if anyone could provide me any type of manual / documentation which can be of help during implementation would be highly thankful to the person.

Before stepping to far into the nuts and bolts of how MRP works in BaanERP, probably it's best to familiarise yourself with the concept of MRP and production planning concept in general first. A good book would be Manufacturing Planning & Control System from APICS. By understanding this first, you'd be better able to understand how so many parameters and fields in BaanERP's MRP fit together
