We would like to classify our products range using product classification module.

We have got 15000 manufactured item already in tiitm001 (maintain item data) with wide range of products with minimum 6 features. Product codification (nomenclature) defined in Product classification module. To classify the items thru the session tigrt0180m000, we have to input already existing item one by one to classify the items.

Is there any other way to classify the items which already exists in tiitm001.

Here we have studied the module for itemcode, description and seak generation, but it could only do the first (itemcode). Having to classify item per item was a minus as well.

But as I can see in the tables, the classification is stored in tigrt040 en tigrt041 and if your classification scheme is sound, then you should be able to classify your items in Excel or Access and generate an asci file to be imported.
