Hi, suppose that I have 2 (or more) planned purchase orders and I want to create only 1 RFQ's header with 2 (or more lines): how can I do that? Does any parametrization to solve this problem (or anything other)exist?

Hi, Donnie,

Sorry for late reply. I just saw your question today. Basically, in B5c, simply enter same supplier for multiple planned POs before releasing to make them automatically aggregated into one PO/RFQ

Hi, the problem is that: I want to generate RFQs not PO. If in the planned purchase orders I specify the supplier then Baan generates PO, not RFQ.

Hello,

I am trying to link request-for-quotations to a Purchase Order "PO". This means, setup up a request to an existent supplier, input his/her answer and, thereafter, convert such RFQ to an actual PO.

The problem I face is that when pressing the button "Copy" I get the "not data within selection" message. I believe am following Baan V instructions properly though...
did anyone face this before?? ..what can be missing?

Thank you!
