I have a ROLLING scenario setup with historical buckets showing customer deliveries in the past.
I also have a MPS item with "demand Forecast" = ALWAYS UPDATE
I have Forecast Parameters by Item Defined as the following for this item/scenario
Method = Moving Avg
Movg Avg Offset = 90
Movg Avg Period = 90

I go into Generate Demand and Inventory Plan for this item, and check the "generate Demand Plan" box. This results in no forecast in the Item Master Plan Session

What am I missing?

In your scenario you have the parameter "Minimum days for forecast", when your demand history is less than that, it will not generate. (But it should post a message)
